We have had a host of compliments about the superb organisation and friendliness of the Stewards and Marshals, but the weather was not kind to us.
We continue to provide extra attractions each year.
On the hill were some superb cars and bikes and we finished off with the best collection of supercars and exotics, including our cavalcade of Ferraris celebrating their 70th birthday.
But these were complemented by the film star Genevieve and Edd China (ex Wheeler Dealers) who brought several of his whacky vehicles.
In the paddock there was a wonderful selection of traders, sponsors and attractions. The variety of food and drink stalls was better than ever. The Soapbox attracts a bigger crowd each year - the new track and bridge really made it unique.

Inspite of our efforts the number of spectators were down on Saturday because of the weather forecast but we had a very enjoyable day and it did not rain until we were finishing at 5pm. Sunday had a better forecast, the crowds rolled in, but unfortunately, we were subject to a number of showers.
STOP PRESS This year we raised £80,000 for the benefit of our charities. Thank you all to the spectators, entrants, sponsors, traders and volunteers who helped so much.

The dates for Kop Hill 2018 are 15th/16th September.
Entrant booking will be in March/April 2018.

Genevieve famously appeared in a British comedy film made in the 50s. Various film stars were involved in a veteran automobile rally.

The car itself is twin-cylinder 10/12 hp Darracq built in Paris in 1904. Today it regularly runs in the London to Brighton Veteran car run.

Edd China and his Casual Lofa Sofa

Edd China from Wheeler Dealers will cause a few stares running the hill this year with his "Casual Lofa Sofa", the fastest three-seater-sofa in the world. It has a hand-crafted Mars Bar handbrake, pizza-tray steering wheel and flower pot indicators.

Ferrari's 70th Birthday

We are celebrating Ferrari's 70th birthday with a cavalcade of the makers cars from the 50s to 2017. They will appear at the end of each session - superb looking cars and they sound as good as they look.

This year we celebrate exotic cars with a selection of post-war Ferraris roaring up the hill to finish off the usual eclectic range of cars from the last century.

We have had to raise ticket prices on the day but this is even more reason to book ahead - you will only be charged at last year's rates.

We have made it even more convenient to buy tickets on the day because we are accepting Mastercard and Visa at the pay points

Details of "On the day pricing" can be found on the top menu under "Spectators" and click on "Tickets". The same menu gives access to more about this year's attractions

If you'd like to be a part of the team we are always looking for new volunteers who want to do their bit for the community and make Kop Hill better than ever.

Over £440,000 raised for charity!

Since its revival 9 years ago, Kop Hill Climb has rasied over £440,000 for local community projects and charities. Last year alone 30 local charity projects benefitted from a donation of over £100,000. This is thanks to the tremendous support from you - our visitors, spectators, entrants, sponsors and exhibitors to which we extend a heartfelt "thank you".

Kop HIll is run under the local Buckinghamshire Community Foundation (BCF) "Heart of Bucks" and organised completely by hundreds of volunteers. We are appreciative of the time and support our volunteers give each year without which the event could not take place.
