Chinnor and Princes Risborough Railway, where Jim Bounden and Barry Marsh presented a cheque for £5,000 to Danny Woodward (Chair of Chinnor and PR Railway) and Les Mott (Volunteer) on 28th May this year. The donation from KHC will enable them to fit out the interior area of the new "Restoration and Education Centre".

Lindengate, where Sara Beaumont, Keith Smith and John Biggs presented a cheque on 8th June for £5,000 to Michael Harris, Director of Lindengate, to support core costs for provision of social and therapeutic horticulture for people who are isolated, depressed and have a history of mental illness.
 

Fundraising for the local community

Kop Hill Climb was originally started to raise funds for just a few local charities. From those humble beginnings over £440,000 has now been donated, with a record breaking £100,000 given to a wide range of community projects and charities in 2016. We are now managed as a part of the "Heart of Bucks" organisation.
